Original Upper & Materials
A visual sketch is not production-ready without pattern engineering. We develop the complete upper structure including panel layout, material mapping, reinforcement zones, and stitching patterns.

Shoe Last & Fit Development
A custom visual upper cannot guarantee a proprietary fit unless the shoe last is reviewed. The last dictates the toe shape, internal volume, width, and overall silhouette.
- ▪ Options: Use existing, modify existing, or develop custom lasts.
- ▪ Parameters: Toe shape, heel volume, instep fit, size grading.
- ▪ Kids: Dedicated junior fit development available.
Outsole & Tooling Engineering
From modifying existing platforms to cutting entirely new molds. A new stud configuration requires technical traction review, while a new outsole plate requires rigorous fitting verification.
